Daily Duties at Vha:

Achievements:  Partnered with multiple stakeholders, utilizing the ADDIE model, to customize facilitator led and computer based training for employees and managers companywide.  Developed a performance management system which led to established KRAs for all positions, training on SMART and HEART developmental objectives with cascading goal alignment to the company mission and annual objectives.  Customized and delivered a 7-Step selling skills program, based on researched concepts from Professional Selling Skills – Achieve Global, and The Sales Advantage – Dale Carnegie. The program included PowerPoint, participant manuals, leaders’ guide, role plays, job aids and other visual aids. The program included all 4 levels of evaluations (Kirkpatrick), with outstanding results. Continuous field observations with mentoring, role plays and weekly refreshers utilizing WebEx for all sales personnel were part of the program.
