Daily Duties at Mapna Group:

-Conducted research including surveys, in-depth interviews, field studies, focus groups, and concept/prototype testing for a small power generator as part of NPD project. -Collaborated with designers, product managers, marketers and sales to translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform execution. -Worked in partnership with other departments including engineering and procurement to create comprehensive and coordinated research strategies that triangulate data from different sources/methods to develop recommendations. -Initiated, planned, executed and monitored multiple market research projects using Excel and Tableau in cooperation with international partners; ranked 56+ target countries for market entry strategies -Actively led, expanded and managed client relationship through presence in international exhibitions and negotiation with a variety of clients and vendors, and maintained relationship with key suppliers and potential partners regularly -Led a team of 3; cooperated in corporate strategy planning, created KPIs -Grew company’s business by accurate evaluation of company’s potential which resulted in establishing new international offices
