Daily Duties at Accountemps:

Prepare Excel spreadsheet with additional pay components to create payroll input file for multi-state payroll. Manage garnishments and levies order ensuring payments are made timely in accordance to information contained within the order and applicable deadlines. Prepare state tax filings and procedures in accordance to state tax laws and ensures that all tax deposits and returns are prepared accurately on a timely basis. Generate reports for Field Operations, multiple state tax filings, and new hire reporting.
