Championed development and marketing of products/services for domestic and international telecommunications customer care/billing clients. Responsible for the developing, driving market requirements, Pricing, Product Positioning, ROI analysis, public speaking, competitive analysis, CRM management, Product Launch, Sales Support and product feasibility studies for the InteleCable® product.
