Daily Duties at Jfw Consulting:
Responsible for working with multiple layers and divisions to identify all components, systems impacted, logical migration and conversion strategies, potential risk and risk mitigation options, implementation strategies and timelines to insure customer satisfaction and improved customer relations. Charged with establishing a new organization requiring the development, approval and implementation of business plans, marketing plans, staffing, budgets, P & L requirements. Led multiple cross-functional teams on projects in the development of strategic marketing plans for revenue assurance management, Internet protocol television (IPTV), and data migration/billing consolidation. Developed strategic try-and-buy campaign in conjunction with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to launch a new line of computer hardware products. Enhanced product positioning in marketplace by pre-screening and recruiting key business partners such as SubexAzure, Amdocs and Comverse to participate in new Revenue Assurance and IPTV projects.
