Daily Duties at Arnett Iu:
• Clinical Research Manager: Secured clinical trials for a, 140 provider, multispecialty clinic by reviewing protocols, meeting with sponsor representatives, negotiating contracts and budgets, filing regulatory documentation with sponsor IRB, oversight of daily operations of clinical research coordinators; regulatory personnel; data entry technicians as well as training and mentoring staff. • Clinical Research Coordinator: Executed protocols by performing clinical trial visits, obtaining and recording data, completing product assignment, accountability and storage. Performed data entry, documentation, documentation organization and storage. • Nursing staff manager and patient services coordinator: Manage 80-100 nursing staff and customer care coordinators in a multispecialty clinic including, hiring, performance evaluations, training and providing departments staffing. Provided conflict management, customer service management and was a liaison between staff, physicians and management. Managed supply procurement including capital expenditures. • Clinical staff nurse: Worked as a clinical RN in multiple therapeutic areas including, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Surgery, Nephrology, Pediatrics, Allergy/Immunology, Dermatology, Pulmonary/Critical Care, Cardiology/Cardiovascular Surgery, Endocrinology and Gastroenterology.
