Managed a global team of field Clinical Research Associates. Made study assignments, conducted training and assisted in the field as needed. Coordinated efforts of other global Cook Monitoring Managers including development of training, reviewing monitoring visit reports, conducting regular meetings, to discuss best practices. Assisted in development of companywide monitoring procedures. Assisted management in selection and auditing monitoring vendors. Met with monitoring vendors to review metrics and discuss study issues. Worked together with project managers to collaborate on issues regarding monitoring clinical trials.
