Responsibilities as Assistant Manager – Quality: ==================================== • Hire, train, and supervise software quality assurance staff members and report team status to QA Manager. • Develop BRD for new requirement and Update Technical Specification according to new enhancement. • Prepare Test Plan, Test Strategies, High, Medium & Low Level Scenarios, System Test Cases, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test Checklist, Test Status, Product Configuration Guides, Feature Matrix, Test Checklist & Client Profile documents as based on Client’s Work Orders (Change Requests) • Conduct frequent Knowledge Transfer session to Development Team. • Conduct internal weekly meetings in offshore teams to discuss all features, technical functional workflows of project. • Design, develop and implement 'Test Automation' solutions using the QTP automation tool. • Find Load Testing scenarios, Automate and execute them using LoadRunner testing tool. • Performs System, EndtoEnd, UAT testing and report the issue in VersionOne Defect Tracking Tool. • Perform preliminary testing in Production environment.
