Member of an analysis team to define user process and data requirements necessary to convert the Accident & Health Insurance Policy Administration system from the non-Year 2000 compliant CHALIS application to the vendor purchased IMAC system. Team leader for Marketing and Billing groups. Responsible for the definition of the process flows for each of the business functions and their use in the application.
