Daily Duties at Ellucian:

Internal Enterprise application management and support to include Customer Management, HR, Project Management and Time reporting applications. Managed a team of 5 employees, and owned Production Support and Development of the company's CRM applications and all related integrations. Responsible for all CRM related Project and Production Support work, reporting to the VP of Enterprise Applications. I am a working manager with System Administration level knowledge of the applications we support.
