Daily Duties at Caesarstone Us :

Provide strategic contract and project management assistance for a leading innovator of premium quartz surfaces. Manage contract strategies for the company through team collaboration, potential risk analysis, and process roadmapping.  Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during the contract development and negotiation stages, including internal procurement and legal teams. Create contract language standards and rules; perform term, condition, and pricing negotiations; and ensure accurate execution. Regularly report statuses to senior management for analysis.  Responsible for managing all insurance issues and vetting fabricators for company; perform follow-up tasks to guarantee contractual payment receipt
