Daily Duties at Gentiva Care Centrix :
Checked for insurance eligibility of patients for health services Acquired insurance authorizations for procedures and tests ordered by the attending physician. Accurately entered procedure and diagnosis codes into patient billing software. Managed patient care with a caseload of 120-150 clients. Authorized visits from nursing, rehabilitation, and social workers for continuity of care through home health services. Managed primary care, case management, and monitoring of medication and treatment modalities. Coordinated patient care and insurance authorizations according to their needs
