Daily Duties at Ranch Way Feeds:
• Oversaw all sales in Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, Arizona and Montana. This encompassed managing over 130 independent dealers and 75 direct accounts. • Responsible for all phases of the company owned retail stores including personal, promotions and events. • Increased ranch (cow-calf) business by revamping the mineral and protein (cake, blocks and tubs) programs and by development of new dealers along with direct accounts. • Directed dairy sales and supervised 2 dairy nutritionists. • Implemented new equine program with new and reformulated feeds, brochure and marketing materials. • Set up dealer recruitment program that has obtained 18 new dealers in the past 2 years
