I was originally hired as a process engineer with expertise in the ERSA VersaFlow selective soldering workstations (including programming, maintenance, tooling developments, troubleshooting, and training). After 1.5 years, I laterally transferred to Sparton's Engineering Services dept (first as an NPI project manager, followed by a Product Development Engineer). The PDE role exposed me to Valor DFM software and stencil design/optimization tools.
