Daily Duties at Dell International Services:
Provide technical support to customers in Australia and New Zealand. Communicate with customers with regards to their concerns on both hardware and software issues. Also was responsible in assisting the team’s performance on both verbal and technical skills. Was given the opportunity to walk the floor to assist agents who have technical questions and assist them with the handling of customers. With this knowledge on the floor was promoted to be a technical support specialist (TSS). As a TSS was responsible for the number of dispatches the teams makes and minimize the cost to the company. Was also responsible for the team’s performance on the customer satisfaction scores and the technical skill scores. Role Description: Team Member Responsibilities: Handle incoming incidents as a part of the Incident management life cycle Assist team members with handling incidents. Also work on the teams customer service quality levels. Conscious effort in following the best practices from ITIL to enhance the service delivery process. Platform: Windows All OS’s technical Support for Laptops, across Australia and NZ. Operating System: Windows Team Size: 12
