Daily Duties at Wipro Technologies:
Was leading a team of 12, on the transition front. Responsible for the transfer of processes from the Client (US) to Bangalore and further forwarding the same to Chennai, i.e. Wipro BPO, after training a group in Chennai on the respective Project. Had the opportunity to train the team leaders who were to take over the projects in Chennai. Have been successful in meeting the deadlines of the client in spite of the transition of the project. The performance of the team with regards to the project at both locations till complete transition of the process. And maintain the quality of the service. Produce reports on the same on a daily basis so a weekly report is submitted to the Client on the conference call. Compiling the efforts of the team for the assigned projects and billing the client accordingly. On partial completion of the project, taking feedback from customer and client and implementing changes if necessary. Role Description: Project Manager Responsibilities: Take responsibility of the team activities Maintain time lines for projects and ensure the quality of the completed project. Enhance the importance of adhering to ITIL framework and the potential benefits. Ensuring the team’s welfare and expectations are taken care of.
