Served as a Programmer Analyst providing leadership and support for the company’s IT projects and daily operations. Provided experience with IBM Mainframe (ES9000), IBM Midrange (AS/400), and PCs. Promoted from computer operator to technical services area responsible for all PC and mainframe peripherals, including acquisition, installation, and maintenance. Acted as lead programmer for all accounting and finance software. Performed project management duties for accounting and finance IT projects. ❖ Developed applications using COBOL, COBOL II, RPG II, and CICS for groups ranging from EDI to Catalog Sales ❖ Maintained responsibility for all Lotus Notes development for the corporate office according to industry best practices ❖ Contributed to special projects, including search for new company-wide ERP systems and catalog systems rewrite
