Daily Duties at Stein Mart, Inc.:
Provided leadership as Information Systems Manager responsible for supporting information technology projects and initiatives across the organization. Directed installation of Lotus Connections 2.0 used for profiles and blogs integrated into Portal environment. Managed administrative duties for IBM Domino environment, IBM WebSphere Application Servers, IBM WebSphere Portal Servers, and customer applications running iSeries and Windows platforms. Supervised development staff for all Domino, WebSphere, and Portal applications. Provided end user training and documentation for all supported applications. ❖ Supported 200+ Domino applications accessing data on iSeries and presented to user via Notes Client or Web ❖ Project-managed company payroll application conversion from JDE to Infinium directing all project tasks ❖ Managed rollout of new handheld computers in retail stores writing customer web and iSeries applications ❖ Evaluated and acquired new technologies and hardware while adhering to strict financial budget guidelines ❖ Contributed to implementing and customizing new merchandising ERP system integrating with existing systems ❖ Wrote numerous COBOL and RPF applications to interface JDE with Infinium and with merchandising system ❖ Performed project management duties, including requirements gathering, specifications, and deliverables ❖ Spearheaded implementation of the company’s email system IBM Lotus Domino running on the iSeries ❖ Maintained responsibility for all administration and development of Lotus Notes and Domino applications
