Daily Duties at Pw C:
HCIS Manager; July 2013 to August 2016 • Led and coached 2 Senior Associates on the HC Management Team who administer and configure the US Firm ATS • Monitor all integrations between ATS, onboarding applications, and PeopleSoft • Serve as liaison between National Sourcing Operations, US IT, and other Third-Party Vendors • Serve as SME for ATS and onboarding applications which includes: o providing consultation and demonstrations to other PwC territories o providing technical expertise and guidance during implementations, enhancements, projects, and acquisitions o participating and providing technical expertise on RFPs integrating with ATS and onboarding applications including requirements reviews, scoring, and presenting recommendations o attending IBM Kenexa conferences, Regional User Groups, Networking Groups and reviewing release documentation to identify enhancements, efficiency opportunities, and executing both o Identifying trends through reporting and team with appropriate groups to implement enhancements o Establish governance, Standard Operating Procedures, and SLAs with onshore and offshore teams as well as US IT and Third-Party Vendors o Kenexa Workbench certified for ATS configurations • Manage relationship with IBM Kenexa, consisting of regular and ad hoc touch points sometimes resulting in difficult conversations when deliverables were not met accurately or delivered on time • Lead and coach 6 Senior Associates on the HC Talent Development Team who support the Firm’s Total Rewards strategy consisting of base pay, bonuses, career milestones, non-monetary rewards, tuition reimbursement, credential programs, as well as system support for issues, tickets, projects, enhancements and UAT • Oversee accuracy and data integrity of all US compensation changes including (but not limited to) annual increases, annual bonuses, special payments, LoA /return from LoA • Serve as HC Talent Development consultant on projects such as eCompensation maintenance, Student Loan Paydown Program, Total Rewards Statements and our me@pwc mobile app • Maintain strong working relationships within the HR SSC, US IT, Third Party Vendors as well as Stakeholders. Facilitate connectivity across these groups when projects and issues have downstream impacts • Coaches Corner facilitator • Future Leaders Summit committee member • Project Belize Alumni and Planning Team Member • Supported Third Party Labor application (Beeline) for contingent labor and provided technical consultation on enhancements (2013-2014) • Supported Retain application for domestic deployment of Client Service staff on engagements (2014) • Supported Procurement Team as liaison during RFP / SOW process including review of documentation and participating as the Business during teleconferences and presentations with Third Party Vendors HCIS Senior Associate September 2011 to July 2013 • Collaborate with National Sourcing Operations, RS&OB, US IT, and Third-Party Vendors to improve functionality of ATS including developing and communicating ideas for improvement of the system • Liaise with US IT and Third-Party Vendors on complex issues driving for resolution and Root Cause Analysis to avoid future occurrences • Complete system testing upon enhancements to Onboarding systems; providing feedback and improvement ideas • Attend IBM Kenexa and Beeline conferences leveraging information learned to suggest system enhancements • Resolution of issues found in daily reporting and reported in ticket queue escalating trends immediately • Effectively communicate system issues to Stakeholders and HR SSC teams with guidance included for end users • Individually supported Beeline from a technical perspective including day to day issues as well as travelling to vendor site to provide guidance, expertise, and suggestions during re-implementation Onboarding and Recruitment Services August 2010 to September 2011 • Provide recruitment services for Canadian Firm including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters (French and English) and keying new hires into PeopleSoft • Coordinate and ensure completion of background checks • Prepare and send New Hire communications regarding Orientation and Arrival details • Provided support for all recruiters in Alberta, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Quebec Project Coordinator, US IT May 2009 to August 2010 • Project Manager on US ATS implementation including individually leading sub work streams, deliverables, project plans and being point of contact for all project resources • Project Manager on Financial system upgrades • Metrics and Reporting • Budget Forecasting and Reconciliation (including accruals and carryover) Executive Financial Summary (creation and maintenance) • Monthly Financial Reporting and Analysis • Project Plan creation and maintenance • Vendor Management • Procurement • Project Support (including support of BA, staging test data, SIT, UAT script writing and execution) • Program Support • PPMI Training Initiatives • Process Creation and Implementation Team Assistant August 2008 to May 2009 • Provided professional support to 14 US IT Directors • Attended and supported two Annual Partner Meetings • Created and Implemented Peer Recognition Committee • Built and maintained solid relationships internal and external to the Firm • Created and Implemented daily newsletter for Solution Support Center • Created and maintained excellence roadmaps for Infrastructure Operations • Miscellaneous reporting, event coordination, travel preparation, and special projects
