• Supported Citi’s recruitment systems and processes across 100 countries, 16 languages, and 70,000 annual hires • Maintain Citi’s book of work, prioritizing projects and enhancements as necessary • Established global training, reference materials, standard operating procedures, and process maps • Successfully participated in monthly migrations of Taleo enhancements (Applicant Tracking System) o Including providing suggestions after review and testing, keeping the Global Standard Workflow in mind o Including obtaining approval by presenting to leaders of the global governance board • Maintain global business and stakeholder relationships to identify, implement and train best practices • Project Manager of Third-Party vendor application for Video Interviewing • Successfully reviewed new Oracle Taleo features and made recommendations to Leadership and Stakeholders to enrich business, and candidate end-to-end experience
