Lead manufacturing expert for a 6-client Customer Focus Team (CFT) that oversaw: stencil design/optimization, board-level DFM analyses, tooling & fixture design, process development and documentation, and mentoring of two junior engineers. Annual revenue of total CFT client base was $9-10M with PCA library of approximately 300 different configurations (hi-complexity + low/med volume). I was hired in recognition of my extensive IPC Standards expertise (as a certified trainer and as a QA referee). The role also served as a stepping stone towards a Principal Engineer career path.
