Daily Duties at A To Z Appliance Repair, Llc:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to sustain a growth from start up to 450K, including management, inventory control, accounting, marketing and customer service • Hire and manage employee’s and sub-contractors, organize daily work schedules, oversee daily jobs and projects completed on time • Negotiate and execute contracts and rates for service with clients, reps and contractors. Reduce spending through financial planning and negotiations • Work with various fortune 500 and medium sized companies, such as, The Home Depot, Century 21, Berkshire Hathaway, The Community Builders, Servpro and Millers Insurance • Developed cash management forecasting and budgeting systems • Opened and managed an appliance and home repair service, repairing, installing, all major appliances and HVAC units, repairing and installing electrical wires, outlets and switches, repairing and installing plumbing pipes, faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs and hot water heaters
