Engage with client ownership or leaders to learn their needs to improve processes, information, efficiency, control, economics, and security. Learn the culture and work flows of the customer. Provide a recommendation and database architecture for new software. Program the software then modify after user acceptance testing. Document the production version and author the user guides. Train the employees. Extend the product to the work force through the available network. Maintain the software as needed following production.
