Daily Duties at Tj Maxx:
¬Directed the efforts of 13 stores within the geographical areas of Tennessee, & Arkansas ¬Provided guidance, coaching, training, motivation and maximizing of sales & profit for all stores. ¬Generated profitable sales that increased annually ¬Implemented effective strategies to reduce expenses and controlled shrink. ¬Improved customer service levels by developing a Win/Win solution by all associates. ¬Supervised the opening of 12 new stores. ¬Responsible for exempt quality hires and manage compensation and performance management. ¬Responsible for ensuring objectives, plans budgets, polices, practices and actions were consistent throughout my district. ¬Help develop a new backroom receiving/processing process that was roll out to the entire company. ¬Appointed to the corporate office diversity team to train field leaders.
