Daily Duties at 3 M Company:

Responsible for global business sustainability strategy, oversight of all regional sustainability teams and leaders, social innovation and brand strategy, customer focused sustainability, supply and demand sustainability integration, employee and brand engagement, communications strategy, public affairs/policy development & government engagement and new technology development addressing sustainability challenges • Accountable for creating global sustainability team and working across the matrix to integrate sustainability into all functions to drive growth • Development of regional sustainability strategic plans and priorities addressing local market conditions and team capabilities • Creating strong relationships with customers, addressing customer sustainability challenges and creating robust business processes to ensure knowledge gained is driven into new product technologies, platforms and brand strategies. • Work intimately with corporate marketing and sales excellence teams to integrate sustainability into the brand and the sales process to create new business for 3M • Development of pipeline of talent to continue driving the global sustainability goals of the organization • Work closely with external organizations on global sustainability challenges, represent 3M externally and develop strong reputation as sustainability leader.
