Daily Duties at Us Army :
: Logistics, Scheduling, Planning, Inventory Control, Staff Management, Reporting/ Briefing, Training, Career Guidance, Digital Training Management System (DTMS), Defense Travel System (DTS) Oversight of day-to-day planning and logistics for over 1,439 employees including personnel management, training, budgeting, inventory planning and distribution activities for 5 departments, and physical security. Manage over $500,000 in property and maintenance contracts and prepare monthly reports for senior management regarding training needs, employee performance and equipment availability. Personnel management duties include tracking over 1,000 company credit card and travel accounts, managing over 900 security clearances (achieved a 1% rate of expired clearances), assigning tasks, and conducting staff evaluations.
