Daily Duties at Jll:
Responsible for the management of multiple sites (6) totaling 3.0 MM square feet of commercial real estate and 80,000 square feet of technical laboratory space for a major pharmaceutical client. Specific responsibilities include: site leadership and decision maker, budgets, KPI’s, team alignment, capital projects, tactical and strategic planning, EH&S (compliance), Security and contractual vendor services for hard and soft services. Budget management of 8.0 MM. Capital project budget of 0.5 MM. Responsible for managing four direct professional level managers and all strategic partners for security, maintenance and housekeeping services. Serves as point of contact directly to client relating to all site concerns/projects etc.
