Promoted by CFO to reengineer Hyperion Enterprise to improve senior management decision making and enhance profitability. Created Board of Directors performance and strategy presentations. Directed accounting, internal auditing, financial analysis and reporting, foreign banking, investing, and tax functions. Briefed/consulted senior operation and sourcing management on results of forecast and budget cycles, updates on major assumptions, providing analysis of results and impact on the business. On daily and monthly basis also provided production variances on efficiencies, waste, and purchase prices. Managed a $300M budget, consolidated and managed as many as 30 companies. Managed a $50M Company acquisition. Created a Dutch Holding Company to repatriate as much as a $40M tax free cash dividend.
