Daily Duties at Jll:
Spearhead global facilities management at client’s multi- campus locations, totaling 40+ million sq. ft., including 4 million sq. ft. critical environments, ensuring client satisfaction. Support Vice President Engineering Operations with implementing global client engineering projects. Manage staff of engineers and skilled tradesmen across functional disciplines, including 13 engineers, 4 department managers accountable for operating engineers. Negotiate cost savings with supplier base. Develop and implement annual building management plan, zero-based operating budgets, and capital and expense budgets. Control $20+ million budget.
