Daily Duties at Cushman Wakefield:
Provide the overall vision and direction of the Engineering and Field Operations function within a region consisting of more than 200 customer locations across a large geography. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical resource in support of the various field and stationary operations families. Create business standards, goals, strategies, and objectives that are competitive with industry standards. Create and manage to annual and quarterly budgets. Developed a highly engaged staff who execute with repeated excellence. Develop strategic partnerships and relationships with all internal organizations such as sales business development and other service organizations to drive the strategic execution of new product and service offerings.
