Daily Duties at Honda:
Continuos Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Payroll, Administrative support, corrective action, Mentor new front line leaders, identify gaps in the organization targets or goals and take lead on closing them using policies or systems. Responsible for 11 exempt associates, 20 special project hourly, 40 Team Leaders and 450 associates.
