Led an international team of analysts exploring different analytical techniques and data sets that were tied to actionable outcomes and applied across several disciplines. • Revamped Partner Feedback program increasing accuracy and actionable results. • Reduced cost of operation from $750K to $235K with same staff. • Increased question topic scope and geography over the same time period. • Developed and co-launched and award winning the Customer/Partner/Field COE organization. • Implemented SPSS/IBM intelligence SaaS platform as a part of the analytical rigor. • Led the implementation of Clarabridge as a text analytics platform collaboratively across multiple departments.
