Daily Duties at Artistree Music.Com:
Innovative and passionate about collaborative problem solving - specifically solving complex business challenges across disciplines, BU's and teams through communication and team work. Currently focusing on helping musicians develop their musical pursuits while building a professional career outside of the music industry. Prior to this I was a Professional Services Practice Manager at a reseller, developing network oriented solutions and helping the team exceed utilization goals over 55% quarter over quarter. My other passion is around business intelligence (BI). I worked in Sales and Channel Operations focusing on Customer and Partner Experience (CX/PX) and Intelligence. Developed many metrics that helped executives make informed investment decisions. A leader with extensive experience spanning Customer and Partner Experience, Operations, Technical Sales, Channel Programs and Professional Services with a history of developing diverse and highly-productive teams. A business-minded, solutions-based professional with knowledge and expertise in transforming customer insights into action to drive sales and profitability. I am a working executive that loves to be part of the team and as such, part of the solution.
