Daily Duties at Abra Auto Body And Glass:

Floating General Manager Duties included floating between several districts providing support to centers based on need. Responsibilities ranged from supporting reception to production management, sales, parts coordination, accounts receivable and general management. Seamlessly worked across centers and districts and their respective management teams to provide assistance in all areas in the front office as well as shop forewoman. Maintained all required industry certifications along with ABRA specific proficiencies and ongoing education. Commercial Account Executive Responsibilities included negotiating parts purchasing agreements with local OEM dealerships along with some industry vendors for related sublet labor needs. Also responsible for account maintenance, business development, company recruiting and training. Other duties included marketing the ABRA brand by participating in industry events, fundraising for the ABRA annual golf tournament benefitting Seattle Children’s Hospital and coordinating market-wide employee events and management conferences. I consistently achieved the highest percentage of referring dealerships across the country, I raised a record dollar amount for the first two ABRA annual golf tournaments as the sole fundraiser and I set a record for cost reduction on parts purchases based on my negotiations. Customer Service Manager Responsibilities included writing estimates and completing supplements, completing total loss appraisals, communicating with insurance companies, parts ordering, customer communication, quality control and completing I-CAR certification courses as required. Consistently responsible for $80,000 per month in sales. Was promoted within 6 months to an account executive role.
