Daily Duties at Orlando Diagnostic Centers & Professional Imaging Centers:

I’m responsible for evaluating the marketing staff’s capabilities/productivity, providing any necessary hiring, training & ongoing development, and analyzing data to identify performance trends. I implemented a daily office call goal & reporting policy, revised territories to create a balance workload, determined proper staffing levels, implemented an aggressive marketing program to achieve corporate goals, revise & create effective marketing materials, created strategies to identify target accounts that would benefit from our advanced technology and specialized professional credentials. I work directly with C-Level Executives to negotiate preferred provider status/contracts with several practices & clinics, MSO, ACO organizations, insurance plans, TPAs and self-insured employers.
