Daily Duties at Publix Supermarkets, Inc:
Provides customer services by filling prescription orders with great accuracy. Manage pharmacy inventory. Mentor, train and develop a high functioning pharmacy team, providing development opportunities and challenging assignments to all staff. Manage performance including scheduling and assigning tasks to ensure complex operational activities are met in a timely and efficient manner. Serve as a champion for executing programs and processes, maintains a high score of a 4 in the MTM programs. Responsible for investigating and resolving third-party payment issues. Promotes best practices and integrated care for all patients. Meets need of preventative care needs, in health screenings and immunizations.
