Daily Duties at Prairie State Generating Company:
• Responsible for hiring/leading/developing a cohesive, multi-disciplined engineering team and a compliance team to transition the facility from construction into commercial operations. Both units went into commercial operations in 2012. • Engineering was responsible for system ownership, design oversight, root cause analysis and project management. • Compliance was responsible for all non-environmental compliance, market/meter agent functions delegated by the nine owners and all related reporting. • Functioned as the subject matter expert for all equipment design warranty issues.
