Daily Duties at Choc Children's:

•Provided support to Vice President/Executive Director •Supervised front office staff •Maintained calendar for Vice President and coordinated meetings and conferences •Worked closely with Assistant to the President and Executive Management Team •Maintained budget for office supplies and other departmental supply needs •Recognized for budgetary savings of $14,400 for the Foundation •Worked with management, peers, hospital departments, donors, patients and families •Responsible for board and committee meeting coordination and minutes •Provided HR support to staff, managed payroll input and timecards •Planned, implemented and managed short and long term projects
