Daily Duties at Choc Childrens:

•Provided support to the Medical Director, Executive Director, Manager, RN Educator and staff •Managed calendars for Medical Director and Manager •Coordinated the first ever “Air Power Games,” in Orange County for children with asthma •Developed reports, processes and spreadsheets •Assisted Medical Director with research and worked closely with outside agencies and donors • Assisted with partnership for Breathmobile programs around the country •Coordinated and attend events with Medical Director and Manager •Worked with management, clinical non-clinical, donors, patients and families •Minute taking for a variety of meetings both internally and externally
