Daily Duties at Sutter Health System Office:

- Serve as project contributor and assist with project tasks. Ensure appropriate project documentation is maintained. Identify ongoing process improvement responsibilities arising out of Strategic Marketing website project. - Coordinate process of engaging project team and tracking project tasks. Problem-solve routine and escalate project challenges. - Facilitate and lead team as needed. - Provide appropriate project metrics and data to stakeholders, including management. Review content with local affiliate service line leaders/advisors. - Coordinate with other departments or divisions to ensure the project is adequately coordinated internally and at the affiliates. Verify information is in compliance with medical, federal, state, and other legal mandates. - Take the lead on extra projects as they arise to assist management and preserve project flow. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Word), and Sharepoint.
