Daily Duties at Sutter Roseville Medical Center:
- Collaborate with leadership, care teams, and clinical initiative teams to help in the planning and decision making process that are centered on patient and family needs/priorities. - Participate in special projects as needed. Provide constructive feedback across all areas of the organization. - Review policies and procedures of multiple departments to maintain patient-centered care/patient safety and determine appropriate methodologies/goals are in place to meet compliance requirements. - Share stories, experiences, and ideas with council members during meetings with the clinical initiative teams and leadership.
