Daily Duties at Integrated Systems Inc (Federal Client: Irs, Dept. Of Treasury):

• Add value to product development conducting Agile requirements gathering sessions with Business Subject Matter Experts (SME) at IRS. • Document Current State Business Process Flows and generate Future State Business Process Flows • Contribute to Agile product development by creating Agile requirements artifacts: Prioritized Product / Release / Sprint Backlogs, Epics, User Stories, Business Rule Sets and Business Rules. • Participate in the following Scrum activities: Backlog Grooming sessions, Release Planning sessions, Sprint Planning sessions, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective. • Harvest legacy business documentation for information to convert into epics, user stories and business rules. • Maintain requirements artifacts and requirements documentation in accordance with the IRS policies and procedures. • Maintain traceability between requirements, development and testing artifacts. • Ensure successful Agile product development interacting with other delivery partners: Product Owner, Solution Architects, Scrum Master, Developers, Testers and other stakeholders.
