Develop & implement salary, commission & bonus plans, design geographical territories, plan sales & training meetings, present at national sales meetings for manufacturers, close $1,000,000 orders, solve problems for sales team, collaborate with health systems to negotiate local contracts, increase sales for manufacturers, call on hospitals, surgery centers, health systems, and surgical end users to create new opportunities and drive sales, establish clear lines of communication with sales team and manufacturers, establish rapport with local KOL's to help build business locally and nationally, drive top line revenue and bottom line profitability.
