My responsibilities included teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Christian Education. Responsibilities Include: • teaching Masters level courses • advising students • leading faculty • assigning courses to faculty • served as masters thesis committee chair • participated on master thesis committees • creating and maintaining a departmental budget • leading departmental meetings • participating in CCCTS faculty senate • Strategic Planning Committee • Department Head Meetings • leadership of a new student video for school website • designed and submitted to the accreditation agency a prospective Master of Christian Education degree program • designed and submitted to the accreditation agency a prospective Bachelor of Arts (Liberal Arts) degree program with potential major concentrations of: Organizational Leadership, Linguistics, Health and Wellness and Urban Studies.
