Daily Duties at Makewell Engineering:
• Worked with injection molding Machines, Great knowledge of hydraulic and electrical circuits schematics, work flow and principles of mechanics. • Experience in direct contact with the customer for Custom Designing of Injection Molding Machines. Custom Designing includes AutoCAD drafting. • knowledge of Control systems and Sensors applied to injection molding machines and ability to read and understand PLC. • Applied Kaizen to organize the material flow to reduce time and Lean Management by reducing Waste. • Worked with engineering and other departments to produce cost estimates for custom designs machine, identified ways to reduce production cost.
