Developed budgets and long term planning for FOX Sports 1440 facility. Project management of all broadcast equipment installations, overseeing design and engineering, coordinating internal staff and outside vendors, developing and instituting weekly reporting cycles for upper management, evaluating potential vendors, products and researching new technologies/strategies for Fox entities.
