• Lead and supported cross-functional virtual teams in a matrix-managed PMO environment utilizing SDLC methodologies to design, build, test and implement numerous Voice, Data and Video Marketing and Regulatory initiatives for products, promotions, billing systems development, surcharges and customer communications to support a $2.4 billion portfolio. • Eliminated unnecessary rework and cost by writing future-focused, error-free business requirements incorporating the entire value chain’s input that also improved speed-to-market. • Developed and implemented numerous process improvements within and between Marketing, IT, Testing and Sales Channels to improve efficiency, service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Scheduled and budgeted a high volume of large, complex projects to ensure their timely delivery in order to meet organizational objectives and executive priorities. • Coordinated and supported IT-based processes to improve project quality, speed-to-market, customer satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. • Partnered with Human Resources to support Company succession planning policy for internally-identified top performers to a legally defensible standard.
