• Manage and schedule a wide-variety of Transit Authority-supplied services to support $2.5 to $3 million weekly Contractor activities on the $4.5 billion Phase 1 of the Second Avenue Subway project in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment including General Orders, work trains and access & protection. • Spearheaded the effort to identify and align key stakeholders to establish the procedures for authorizing the safe operation of work trains on newly installed tracks for all system expansion projects. • Trained construction managers and senior support personnel on Transit Authority processes and procedures. • Inspect and report on various Contractor activities as-needed, including the delivery and installation of various materials needed to build this new subway line. • Investigate and validate various data sources to support cost estimates and written responses to counter Contractor-initiated payment requests, labor impact claims and change order claims (AWOs).
