Provide efficient compassionate patient care to those affected by Acute change in physical, mental or emotional condition, exacerbation of chronic medical symptoms, Pre/Post Surgical patients care needs. Conducting effective initial/continuous nursing assessments. Development of individual Plan Of Care based on assessment to provide for the best possible patient outcome. Provide comprehensive communication with Physicians. Enact all Physician orders in a safe and timely manner. Precisely document all nursing actions taken/performed in a appropriate time frame. Provide patient/family teaching using clear, understandable language or methods, during integral times, devoid of medical jargon. Dedicated adherence to all Institutional/Facility Policies and Procedures during performing safe, efficient, compassionate patient care.
