Led and managed internal business/IT consulting group as direct report to CTO. Guided strategy and day-to-day operations for internal business analysis group, managing internal/external teams comprised of technical resources, consultants, and vendor partners on design, implementation, integration, and enhancement of multiple business/portfolio management systems. Solution scope encompassed accounting, trading, reconciliation, collateral management, and reporting.
